GOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!!!

Well we ventured into the wide world of sports this season!! Alora "played" her first season of soccer this fall. All began well, she was super excited the first couple of practice/games and I LOVED it too because they only had one 1 hour session once a week on Saturday mornings!!! It's a perfect set up for this age group! Anyway as you can see, she was havin' a great time!!!

Get that SHARK!! They had 4 different games set up that helped them learn about different aspects of soccer. Dribbling, stopping, kicking, no hands... and they made it super fun by turning it into games like big bad wolf, wicked witch, and shark attack!! FUN STUFF!!

Then for the last 15-20 minutes they would split up and scrimage(sp?) It was so cute and fun to see them chasing the ball and each other all over the place!! And like I said before... for the first couple of sessions she was ALL for it!!!
Then came vacation, we missed a couple of games and that was all she wrote!! As in, No thanks, I'm done! She wanted nothing to do with any of it anymore soooooo... maybe next year?! We shall see, it was fun while it lasted though!!
