Well the big day finally arrived and can I just say the only one not ready for this day was me!! She has been beyond excited to go to preschool for weeks now and has gone through her supplies everyday since we brought them home, and might I add, didn't even want to leave yesterday when we went to meet her teacher! So she woke up this morning ready to go!! One new dress and a shiney loaded down backpack later and we were on our way! Kevin went in late today so we could all take her to school, which both of the kids loved, and from the minute we got out of the car she led the way right to her classroom! She did great and only needed to call us back one last time for extra hugs and kisses before she was off and runnin', she's my little butterfly!! I am just so proud of her!! Now Momma, on the other hand, well this was most certainly harder for me than I expected! My baby girl's in SCHOOL... when did that happen?! Let's just say that Mommy was the only one all emotional and on the verge of tears today :0P
Rest assured tho, I held it together with lots of prayer and I really am excited about this new chapter in life of school and sports(we're tryin' out soccer this year!! YAY!!) and all that it brings!! Mommy and Daddy are soooo proud of you Alora Grace and we love you bunches!!!

How cute and exciting! I love that she was looking forward to school. She is just too cute, and growing up way to fast.
I cannot believe my niece is going to school, what a grown-up girl! I had no doubts that she would do well today. Can't wait to go to her soccer games!
Well, everything about Alora reminds me of you, except she has her daddy's eyes. Hard to believe she's in preschool-seems like yesterday I was visiting you in the hospital looking at a beautiful newborn. Glad her day went well.
Awww...Alora looks so cute! She is always so fun and full of energy! I was sure hoping Lily and Alora would have been in the same class that would have been super fun!!! Hope tomorrow goes great as well!
She is such a big girl.. I cant blame ya for being a little emotional.. I've always been the only one out of me and C that seem to think a new grade is a big deal.. =) I also love the comparison pics of you two, that is adorable!!
