Then we got home and here it came, stomach yucks and fevers... poor things.
The usual rhetoric for our home, "shhhhh"- "inside voice"- "stop yelling"- "not soooo loud"- ya know all that normal 3 yr old stuff, has been in short order these days as this has been her only activity :0( It makes me so sad when they are sick like this, you can just see the misery in her eyes...
Thankfully however, today is looking up!! The Xandermans almost 100% again, I'd say about 95% and climbing and Alora's just about there too. She did perk up quite a bit this morning at the mention and sight of this... It's snowing!!! Now all she wants to do is go play in it... much to her dismay though the snow angels will have to wait for a fully recovered little stinker to play!! Oh yeah- the whole "this household contains a 3 yr old" rhetoric- "shhhh," "inside voice," etc. it's back today and in full swing as of 2:00. And thankful for it am I, oh sweet joy, my babies are getting better!!
p.s.- I just overheard this... "I'm hungry Xanda man, wanna eat sumping?" YAY!!!!!!!!!

No fun! Glad you guys are over the hump!
I got sick on tuesday with the flu and I am feeling better today. Well I am glad they are doing better! It's not the same when our babies are sick!
I am sick right now with the flu, as well. Glad Alora and Xander are starting to feel better!
P.S. I only took a few pics at Xander's birthday party, but I'll send you what I have once I upload them.
No matter how crazy our kids can act, it is always much preferred over having them be sick. So glad everyone is better, because that is a nasty bug going around.
I am so glad everyone is getting better! The flu is miserable, and I really do feel bad for my kids, but is a little nice when they just lay around all day. My kiddos actually had the flu shot this year, so we will cross our fingers that it works :)
