it's cold out here and winter is definitely in the atmosphere!! But despite the blustery weather, my new hobby... get a family pic in the beautiful scenery it provides!! Luckily we did this Sunday before everything fell down :0( And WOW, what a change it has made to the horizon in Owasso, it is so strange and sad to see so many trees and things in shambles.
These are a few from Ron and MJ's, where we stayed for the night when our power went out, thankfully it was only out for about 12 hours and that was thru the night so we were sleeping!! I know some of you and others are still dealing with that :o( Praise the Lord for family, friends and fireplaces...
Boomer Sooner Baby, even in the freezin' cold!!
This one kinda brings new meaning to "Disney on Ice" but Mickey's holdin' his own!
We also drove around in the neighborhood right next to ours, they have lots of very large trees that we loved to look at and dream of having one day in our own yard, to check out the damage and Oh my! I don't think there is a single tree unaffected :0(
Not even our little tree's could handle the pressure, Kevin did go out and beat all the ice off after this and it bounced right back and probably saved losing a few more branches too!!
Oh a winter in Oklahoma... gotta love the seasons right, wasn't it pretty close to 70 something just last week?!

Love the family pic. The one of you and Xander, CUTE! I just got my power back on. Hopefully, the snow won't cause too many problems this weekend!!
Mandi, I love the family pic and the one of you and Xander too!
The picture of you and Xander is just precious!
Those are great pictures of you guys...I can't imagine what Owasso looks like now after that crazy ice storm. Are you done with the pics of us? We are looking forward to seeing them! I know it will be hard, but please make me look taller than I am in the family pictures...just kiddin'!

I love your winter shots. They all turned out so nice.
Your family is so precious, what cute pictures! And those ice pictures are great. What would we do without global warming.....
